The responsibility for the accuracy, legality, condition, authenticity, and delivery of any item rests entirely with the seller.

2. No Agency or Endorsement

PeerMetals does not represent or act as an agent for any buyer or seller using the Platform. We do not endorse or guarantee the offerings of any individual user or business. While we may implement tools such as seller ratings, verification badges, or feedback systems to promote transparency, such features do not constitute an endorsement or warranty of the seller's credibility or the product's quality.
